We were honored to stand alongside key stakeholders from Kwale, Kilifi, and Mombasa at the launch of the Kenya Gender Equality and Women Empowerment Strategy 2025-2030, an inspiring event organized by the Aga Khan Foundation. The event underscored the critical role of collaboration in advancing gender equality. During a thought-provoking panel discussion, we emphasized the importance of young men as key allies in promoting gender equality and addressing mental health challenges. Our Executive Director, Mr. Dickson okong’o was privileged to share the stage with distinguished leaders and champions of change, Nominated MCA Milka, CECM Gender, Kilifi County – Dr. Marsha, Director Gender, Mombasa County – Miss Ester Ingolo and Executive Director, Sauti ya Wanawake – Ms. Violet. Together, we are committed to driving impactful conversations and initiatives that foster inclusive and empowered communities. Let’s continue amplifying voices, challenging inequalities, and working toward a future where gender equality is a reality for all.
