Mentoring Youths for Positive Opportunities and Advancements (MYPOA) is a project that aims to create a stronger network for SRHR advocacy in Mombasa County, empower youths with essential life skills, and engage stakeholders in discussions and actions to improve SRHR outcomes. By mobilizing grassroots organizations, providing training and support, implementing mentorship programs, and organizing stakeholder meetings, the project makes significant strides in promoting and protecting sexual reproductive health rights in Mombasa County. The project’s ultimate goal is to foster a school environment that promotes a sense of belonging, inclusivity, and positive mental health for all students. By addressing these issues and equipping students with the knowledge and tools necessary to prioritize their mental well-being, the project aims to create a supportive and mentally healthy school community.
